Products
Are these authentic brand-name items?
No — and we would rather say so plainly. Our catalog consists of designer-inspired pieces made by independent workshops. They are not manufactured by, licensed by, or affiliated with the brands whose designs they reference, and they do not carry original brand trademarks. What we guarantee instead is the part we control: every item is inspected before dispatch, photographed as it actually is, and described accurately.
How accurate are the product photos?
We photograph our own inventory. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, but the item you receive is the item in the picture.
Are items in stock?
Stock status is shown on each product page. If something sells out after you order, we contact you within 24 hours with alternatives or a full refund — your choice.

We pack and dispatch within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on destination. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
