Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your parcel is on its way.

- Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout.
Tracking & Insurance
Every parcel ships with a tracking number, emailed to you within 1–3 business days of dispatch. All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit — if your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund you.
Customs & Duties
We ship with tracked carriers and provide the customs documentation required for export. Most orders clear without additional charges. Any import duties or taxes assessed by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
